That program is almost certainly a Private Bounty (invite-only).
On the bounty card you will usually see the Private Bounty label (lock icon), unlike open bug bounties.
Verified KYC and a verified wallet are required for payouts. They do not unlock Private Bounty programs by themselves.
Private Bounty access is typically extended to researchers with proven wins and a Cantina win history. Support cannot grant access through a ticket.
