| Status | Meaning |

| Planned | Payment is planned but not yet in the send batch. Common blockers: incomplete KYC, unverified or missing wallet, or Cantina has invoiced the client and is still waiting to receive that payment. |
| Scheduled | Payment is in the next payout batch. This is normal. It is not an instant transfer. |
| Submitted | Payment is submitted and awaiting multisig signatures. |
| Executed | Payment was sent on-chain successfully. |
| Disputed | Payment left the automated flow and must be processed manually. This is slower. |
| Cancelled | Payment was cancelled. |
Weekly cycle: Tuesday queue close → Wednesday send. Approvals after the Tuesday cutoff roll to the following Wednesday. Exact clock time depends on timezone (for example Japan vs Hawaii).
