If a ban is confirmed, it usually remains in place. Funds remaining in a banned account are forfeited and are not refunded.
You may request reconsideration after six months.
If you cannot log in to Cantina, your account may be banned or disabled. Open a support ticket with Issue Type Discord/Cantina Ban Appeal and include your Cantina username and the email on the account.
