Kicks, mutes, warnings, and temporary bans under 48 hours are not appealable through support.
If you have been banned for more than 48 hours, open a support ticket with Issue Type Discord/Cantina Ban Appeal. Include as much information about the ban as possible.
Depending on severity, it may take up to two business days for a response. Severe Discord bans may also restrict Cantina platform access.
